All Singapore orders are delivered via Ninja Van, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking: Track your delivery status on Ninja Van’s website using the tracking number sent via SMS after dispatch.

Re-delivery Request: If you did not receive a delivery failure message, please email
shippercare_sg@ninjavan.co
to arrange a re-delivery. (Check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting Ninja Van.) -
HANSAN STUDIO will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging).

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be sent to the address provided after contacting us.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Refunds

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
